Signage & Swag

Through sustainable swag and signage, we aim to sow seeds of change, nurturing a more conscious event landscape that thrives long after the last attendee departs. Together, we are redefining what it means to curate experiences that stand for something greater.

  • Opt for low waste options. Offer curated gifts from local small business makers and local artisans. Consider eGifts or discounts instead of physical objects. For high-ticket raffles and prizes, consider NFTs, sustainable items like electric cars, e-bikes, compost subscriptions or other creative low waste lifestyle products.

  • Source items that are environmentally conscious, ethically sourced, taking into consideration the packaging, product, transit and delivery. Request that exhibitors offer sustainable, intentional swag based on your event’s sustainability policies. Provide durable, long-lasting, and reusable products that people will keep and enjoy. Think outside the box and offer NFTs, virtual 1:1s with executives, reusable straws and flatware, and other non-traditional swag.

  • Create reusable, long-lasting signage and communication materials that you can easily reuse for another event and don’t have to throw away each time. Clearly outline and define how best to dispose of any additional waste materials. Communicate your sustainability efforts to attendees and staff before, during and after the event.

Through our swag bags and our signage we're not just making a statement – we're embodying a commitment to meaningful change. By opting for eco-conscious choices, we're forging a path towards making regenerative events the new normal. Every item and every design has the potential to inspire, educate, and spark conversations. These conscious choices ripple through our event's atmosphere, influencing not only the present moment but also the future we aspire to create together.

Thank you for being a part of this transformative journey. Your dedication to sustainable practices contributes to a brighter, greener future for all.
